2.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) pklugk account. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. pklugk may, at its sole discretion, merge duplicate accounts, void any associated wagers, forfeit any balances, and permanently close all associated accounts where duplicate registration is identified.
2.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 Account Verification. pklugk may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued national identity cards, passports, or equivalent documents. Failure to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
2.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be deemed to have been carried out by you. pklugk bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
2.5 Account Currency. All pklugk accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are expressed and settled in BDT unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or game description.
3.1 Accepted Methods. pklugk currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods, including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladeshi financial institutions, may be made available from time to time subject to operational availability.
3.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotional offer. pklugk reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
3.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your pklugk account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. pklugk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pklugk accepts no responsibility.
3.4 Own Funds Only. You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits funded through proceeds of criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. pklugk reserves the right to freeze and forfeit any funds suspected to be of illicit origin.
3.5 Payment Account Ownership. The payment account used to deposit funds into your pklugk account must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Any mismatch between the registered payment account holder and the pklugk account holder may result in transaction reversal and account review.
4.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified account holders who have completed the applicable KYC verification process. pklugk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of verification at any time.
4.2 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one to two (1–2) business hours from the time of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Processing times for bank transfers may vary. pklugk does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. A maximum withdrawal limit per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated through the platform at the time of withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method. Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. Where this is not technically possible, pklugk may request alternative payment details, subject to additional verification.
4.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to active bonus wagering requirements may not be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw funds in circumvention of wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and related winnings.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by pklugk are subject to individual terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity periods, and eligible game categories. 6.4 Bets Are Final. Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it may not be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any wager before confirming it.
6.5 Sports Betting Markets. For sports betting, including BPL, IPL, T20 international, and other cricket and football markets, pklugk reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets, or apply rule 4 deductions where official match results are subject to revision, abandonment, or any extraordinary event affecting the integrity of the result.

10.2 Gambling Risk. All gambling activity involves financial risk. pklugk does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited and wagered, and you accept this risk by choosing to use the platform.
10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pklugk's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pklugk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Consequential Loss. pklugk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, howsoever arising.
11.1 Your use of the pklugk platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the overall agreement between you and pklugk.
11.2 By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention.
12.1 pklugk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice by displaying a notification on the platform or by emailing the address registered to your account.
12.2 Your continued use of the pklugk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
13.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pklugk account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method following verification.
13.2 Closure by pklugk. pklugk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pklugk has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the platform or other players.
